Strength Ride :: Ride Strong

Length: 55 minutes
Target HR: 80%
Rpm: 60-80

This is a serious Strength ride. 30 working minutes before the first recovery and then only for 1:00. The key here is to find a resistance to push at cadence 60-80 rpm to while maintaining target heart rate, deep breath, and perfect form. Dig in and push it to the finish line.
